SPEED is excited to announce the addition of a dietitian, Brooke Rothenberger RDN, LDN, CPT to our team! Our nutrition service will help athletes meet (and exceed) their goals. Athletes train hard day after day in the pool and out. What an athlete consumes after each of these workouts is just as important as the workout itself. Are you doing all you can to replenish your body? Are you able to take your goals to the next level?
SPEED is offering nutrition consultations, follow-up consultations, customized, meal plans and team packages.
Brooke Rothenberger RDN, LDN, CPT graduated from Penn State University in 2018 with a BS degree in nutritional sciences and a minor in psychological sciences. She found a passion in nutrition, including fitness nutrition, and became a personal trainer in her last year of college. While at PSU, she was captain of the water polo team and the team strength and conditioning leader. Brooke continued her schooling post PSU in Wisconsin where she completed her required internship to become a registered dietitian. She currently works as an inpatient clinical dietitian at Tower Health where she educates patients on proper nutrition related to their diagnoses. Working with athletes has been Brooke’s goal since the beginning of her career. Some of her best memories were made through sports, and she is looking to help others create the same memories. She strongly believes that nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. By integrating both into the SPEED program, Brooke believes athletes can achieve and even exceed their goals both in and out of the pool.
