Hello my name is Bryce Bohman, I’m a professional swimmer living and training down in Austin, Texas with legendary Olympic swim coach Eddie Reese. From the moment I enrolled in swim lessons as a kid, I was in love with the water. That love for the water grew into something bigger than I could have ever imagined. Following my high school days, I attended Lincoln College a private 2 year institution to swim for Jake Sexton. At Lincoln, I become one of the most decorated swimmers in Jr College history breaking the National record in the 100 backstroke and winning 3x National Championships en route to being named 2011 Swimmer of the Meet.
Success at Lincoln lead to a scholarship opportunity at West Virginia University for Head Coach Vic Riggs. During my Senior campaign at WVU, I was able to break 7x school records as well win the 100 yard backstroke at the 2014 Big XII Champions. At the NCAA Championships that March I clocked in 2x 5th place finishes in both the 100 & 200 yard backstroke, both swims were ranked in the top 25 performances in history. After completing my undergraduate degree, I went on to swim professionally for 3 more years in West Virginia to finish my Masters Degree in Athletic Coaching Education, before moving to Austin to train for the upcoming 2020 Olympic Trials.
